He specializes in highlighting what makes each individual artist unique, while striking an effortless balance between what will resonate with fans and what will push the sonic envelope.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a producer, Ronnie\u2019s work is marked by impressive stylistic malleability and a balance of timeless &amp; forward-thinking production aesthetics. His work elevates artist and song above all else, helping to build recordings for John-Robert, Clarion, Daisy the Great, Del Water Gap, Phosphorescent, Arcy Drive, Halima, Darryl Rahn, Sabrina Song, Nisa, Alex Winston, Kinneret, Johan Lenox, Sam Setton and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 10-year veteran NYC studio rat, Ronnie got his start assisting Nick Sansano (Sonic Youth, Run DMC, Le Tigre) before becoming a Staff Engineer at <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.studiogbrooklyn.com\/engineers\" target=\"_blank\">Studio G Brooklyn<\/a>, where he engineered and assisted on recordings for Sesame Street (HBO), Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix), Jesse Malin, and Jukebox the Ghost, to name a few. Ronnie recently opened his own studio <a href=\"https:\/\/tornamusic.com\/?page_id=71\">Tightrope Recording<\/a>, now his primary base of operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ronnie has performed and toured as a guitar player since the age of 17, over the years backing up Jon Anderson (Yes), Denny Walley (Frank Zappa &amp; the Mothers of Invention), Perry Farrell (Jane\u2019s Addiction), Brad Roberts (Crash Test Dummies), Maddie Zahm, Kamilah, and more. He holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Music Composition from NYU and has held positions at VEVO, Downtown Music Publishing, and Domino Recording Company.
